Free Interactive Sessions Led by Physician Experts

The week of May 11-17 has been designated by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' Office on Women's Health as a time when families, communities, businesses, government, health organizations and other groups work together to educate women about steps they can take to improve physical and mental health and prevent disease.

In this context, the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Miami Health System is hosting:

The free event will feature a series of interactive sessions led by University of Miami Health System physician experts. Each session includes a question and answer segment, allowing women to have a dialogue with physicians.

The event will also feature an informational/interactive session on the da Vinci surgical robot and hospital tours. There will be free onsite parking, a heart healthy breakfast, gifts, and door prizes. Admission is free, but participants must register to attend.
